At Nectras Organics, your trust and satisfaction are our top priority. We want you to feel completely confident when you choose our pure, Himalayan-sourced products. Below is our clear and fair Refund Policy.

General Policy

All sales are final once the order has been processed and dispatched, unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or personal reasons after delivery has been attempted or completed.

Eligible Refund Situations

You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases only:

  • Product received damaged or broken (leaked, cracked jar, spilled contents, etc.)
  • Product received incorrect (wrong item, wrong quantity, or different variant)
  • Product quality issue (unusual smell, texture, color, or visible contamination – subject to verification)

Time Limit to Report

48h

Report window after delivery

Issues reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. Send clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue to our support email or WhatsApp number.

Late reports (after 48 hours) cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of natural products.

Refund / Replacement Process

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos.

We will verify the issue — usually within 24 hours.

If approved: a replacement will be shipped at our cost (most common solution), or a full refund including shipping fee to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 working days).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders marked as "delivered" by courier but claimed not received (unless courier investigation proves otherwise).
  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with.
  • Custom orders or bulk/wholesale purchases.
  • Any order where delivery was attempted but not collected or refused by the customer.

Important Notes

  • All our products are 100% natural and perishable — once opened, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery refunds or partial refunds.
  • Any fraudulent refund claim will be reported and may result in account block.
